The Switch Enterprises, LLC (formerly known as Beers Enterprises, LLC), its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, “THE SWITCH”, "us", "we", or "our") operate the website www.theswitch.tv (the "Site") . This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information (as defined below) received from users of the Site via any device now known or hereinafter invented, including, but not limited to, personal computers, tablets and cellphones.
